Boba (Bubble) Tea at Bingo Tea in Chinatown, Chicago

A refreshing beverage and treat that has taken the world by storm is "Boba Tea". Originating from Taiwan in the 1980s, Boba Tea is essentially just iced tea with bubbles in them - some bubbles contain different juices and syrups inside, whereas others are just tapioca. Both are delicious and there are many different varieties and stores offering them in Chinatown. My personal favorite is "Bingo Tea'", where I had the best "Brown Sugar Oolong Tea" I've ever had.
