MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ — Maricopa County is providing free vaccine events in various locations and dates. According to CDC's announcement about the Pfizer vaccine, the eligible age for vaccination now is from 12 years old and older. For people aged 18 years old and older, they can receive either Pfizer or Moderna, as well as Johnson and Johnson vaccines.
Every attendee needs to bring appropriate identification. Kids must be guided by a parent or guardian. If attendees are seeking a second shot of the vaccine, make sure it is from the same manufacturer as the first dose.
This event requires no appointment and provides walk-ins but it is recommended to make an appointment first to avoid a gathering in large groups. Contact 602-506-6767 for an appointment. Call 211 ext. 271 for Spanish-speaking patrons.
