Building Business Relationships Fosters Growth for Everyone
According to Forbes, Forget networking and embrace relationships. There is power in relationships that extends beyond a generic introduction. When you create connections based on shared interests and goals, you’ll be more successful at your job, because people want to work with people they know and like.
Networking is an event that took place. It’s where you shake someone’s hand and give them a business card. Where does that leave you? With a stack of business cards on your desk. A relationship, on the other hand, touches your heart and creates an everlasting partnership. That is exactly what happened with Monae Management.
Monae Management, an entertainment firm based in North Carolina has officially joined Bishop Leonard Scott's team. Monae Management provides services in Publicity, Management, and Social Media.
The owner said, she started working with independent artists in the Gospel and R&B industry. “This allowed me to connect with different Publicists, Producers, and record label executives. I learned how to research the market based on the industry I was working in. I recently interviewed Bishop Scott for my show on Soar Radio.
