I have a sweet tooth, but baking a cake, takes a lot of time. But this recipe that I came across on the internet just took me 10 minutes to prepare. I got it from a Masterchef top 6 contestant’s Instagram page and immediately tried it. She called it the Easy Chocolate Fudge.
It starts with making a date paste, by softening 6-8 dates in warm milk and then grinding it to a nice paste. For the next step, I mixed about ¼ cup of sifted cocoa powder. Next, I added ¼ cup of melted chocolate. Had I put dark chocolate, then this dish would have been a healthy option, but I used galaxy milk bars as I did not have any dark chocolate option. After mixing it, I poured in a silicone tray (I used a cupcake tray as it would be easier to remove out), and then popped it into the freezer. After about 4 hours in the freezer, I removed it and served it with homemade banana ice cream.
Easy, delicious, and under-10-minute-preparation time dessert is ready to eat.
