Easy and healthy artichokes recipe that kids will love.

Artichokes are a healthy veggie that you should use in your diet, but something that my child fumbles to have. So I stumbled upon this quick yet yummy recipe from the internet. And it tasted very good. I firstly marinated the artichokes in olive oil for about 2 hours. I sprinkled paprika, salt, pepper, and some oregano. You can sprinkle the seasoning of your choice. And then I popped into a preheated oven. It takes about 30 minutes or more to get a nice brown color on your artichoke. The flavor is beautiful and the taste is yum. What better way to give your kids this healthy packed vegetable. And my kid was super happy with it. Garlic is a super veggie that will go well with this. So add in some smashed garlic cloves while baking artichokes. I also prepped some Brussel Sprouts in a similar manner. And it tasted yum. Simple cooking always wins.
