Cap't Loui is a Massachusetts born seafood restaurant with locations in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and California The restaurant specializes in fresh seafood boils tossed in Louisiana style Cajun sauce bags. They run a lunch special every Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 3pm that includes your choice of two seafood options tossed in either their Cap't Loui or Lemon Pepper sauce as well as a side ranging from noodles to potatoes all for $14.95. You also have the option to pick a fried version that comes with french fries and a soup all for the same price.
Ani Ramen House | 511 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ
This boutique Ramen house is located in the heart of downtown Montclair. They aim to capture the essence of Tokyo Japan through their ambiance, decor and delicious food offerings. Perfect for your next date spot, diners can choose from five different ramen bowls and various appetizers like boneless Japanese style fried chicken and crispy miso sake wings. The menu also offers 4 different bao bun options and a Don Buri bowl which comes with steamed rice, sake-soy glaze, pickled veggies, and kale with miso dressing.
Shaking Crab | 414 Bergen St, Harrison, NJ
Every seafood lovers dream, this restaurant chain has just opened in the Harrison Plaza Shopping Center. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner using their signature Cajun seafood boils. Lobster, snow crab, shrimp, crawfish, catfish, mussels, and clams are all offered either fried, boiled, or in sandwiches. The restaurant also offers delicious sides like lobster mac and cheese, garlic noodles, and loaded lobster fries.
Minias Breakfast and Lunch | 22 Lackawanna Plaza, Montclair, NJ
Having recenetly opened last month, Minias is already becoming a Montclair favorite. This is the place to head to if you're craving a delicious breakfast or brunch. Minias has received rave reviews for their breakfast sandwiches which are served on a kaiser roll. They also offer tons of lunch options with many Latin influences including burritos, quesadillas, and chivito al plato. The restaurant is also currently BYOB.
