Tel Aviv Authentic Chef Kitchen is one of the latest ventures in collaboration with Yonatan Klainman. Yonatan is a confident chef with a bold and sexy style of cooking. The owners have renovated the counters' look and feel by adding colorful tiles. The Cafeteria showcases the vivid salads, sides, and Tavshilim (Israeli stews).
Tel Aviv Authentic Chef Kitchen with Yonatan came up with a fusion to the signature dishes. Tavshilim has ground beef, pine nuts, and parsley stewed with purple beets and yellow banana squash, and it changes daily and may also involve meatballs or stuffed peppers.
