Weaving Department at Myers House has been serving knitters, crocheters, weavers, spinners, and fibre lovers for 29 years, located in Myers House, a Palladian Victorian home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. They use the five rooms on the first floor to sell a wide variety of imported and domestic yarns. Weaving classes are also taught here at Harrisville, and Schacht looms. 2) The Bead Place

The Bead Place is open 1-5 pm from Tuesday-Saturday and provides a private shopping service. Located around 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis, The Bead Place offers over 150 classes, including basic bead stringing and knitting, original bead weaving designs, loom weaving, metalworks, crochet, and peyote instruction.

3) The Greater St. Louis Knitters' Guild

Due to the pandemic, the classes are conducted monthly Zoom meetings for members. Also, Knitters' Guild provides content via YouTube and social media, which is accessible to non-member.
