St. Louis, MO – The Missouri Faith Voices is an organization committed to racial equity and engages with the power of the faith community to support the vulnerable people in the state. Mainly the Missouri Faith Voices focuses on giving response and support to the increasing health care crisis in Missouri.
The Missouri Faith Voice has been operating for ten years. The organization is a multi-faith and multi-racial movement in four cities, St. Louis, Jefferson City, Springfield, and soon to Kansas City.
The organization has a mission to transform live and amplify the voices of individuals and families who have been challenged by racism and injustice. Led by a Black Woman, Reverend Dr. Cassandra Gould, the Multi-Faith Voices will fight against racism and fight for racial equity.
The Missouri Faith Voice effort to create a just world through teaching faith to build and exercise their own power to reveal the root of the problems they faced. As well as investing in the leadership of Black leaders and other people of color.
The MFV St. Louis chapter is to addresses the racial disparities that happened in the St. Louis region. Besides that, the organization is also working to address the increasing poverty in the St. Louis suburbs.
The MFV has several campaigns such as Predatory Lending, JUST Healthcare, JUST Reform, Families First, and JUST Democracy. There are so many ways you can help the Missouri Faith Voice to fight against these issues that many faced.
