Current Kanawha County Clerk Vera McCormick finds new names, Jared A. Page (R) and Amanda Estep-Burton (D) as contenders for the seat. If incumbent county clerk McCormick loses the primary, she will remain in the capacity of the Kanawha County Clerk, until the end of her current term.

Amy Goodwin (D) is the current mayor of Charleston since 2018. Martec D Washington (D), and Lance Wolfe (R) are bidding for the mayor’s seat in this primary.
City of Charleston Treasurer
Victor Grigoraci (D) has been Treasurer for the city of Charleston since 2003. He told the Charleston Gazette-Mail, that he’s modernized the office since his stint as Treasurer began in 2003, and is also a co-founder of large annual Charleston, WV attraction, FestivALL, happening from June 12 -June 26th.
Mr. Grigoraci is challenged for the City of Charleston Treasury seat this primary, by Democrat, Ben Adams.
