Force Majeures are out of our control.
When mountains start moving, boulders will roll.
But this is an act of God, always leaving a mark,
That little light of yours shines brightest in the dark.
Force Majeures really know no bounds.
The lightning is piercing; its thunder is loud.
But this is an act of God, make peace, call a truce,
Then take time to recharge and replenish your juice.
Force Majeures never wait, and they’re never late.
Sometimes the Earth quakes, sometimes our walls shake.
But this is an act of God, what the hell can you do?
So be still, sit quiet, and let the power find you.
Force Majeures are out of our control,
So death comes in young, and death comes in old.
But this is an act of God, every end creates a start.
Light a candle in the shadows, let it burn in your heart.
