While driving to Forest Grove, Oregon, I saw a sign for this chocolate shop out of the corner of my eye. I knew we needed to visit soon!

On a Saturday, we decided to stop by, and we were so amazed at the wonderland of chocolate treats in this shop.

The owner, Barb, is from Texas. She got started by making treats as gifts for family and friends.

Her employee told us that she had so much fun creating these gifts, she decided to turn them into a business. From her passion for new, innovative, and delicious chocolates, her shop was born.

The main offerings here are a wide selection of bonbons and truffles.

We learned that bonbons are molded chocolates with a beautiful, shiny, and perfect finish. The ones at B'Lynn's all look like jewels.

We were offered a free sample and chose the cinnamon roll bonbon and the peach pie one. The chocolates were both intensely delicious and full of flavor!

Truffles are hand-dipped chocolates with a filling. Because they are handmade, they can vary in shape and size slightly.

All of the chocolates are handmade on-site at the shop. The employee showed us where the chocolates are molded, dipped, and packaged.

I love all of the varieties of both types of chocolates at this shop.

They have a large selection of pre-boxed truffles for gift-giving. I purchased one of these lovely boxes as a gift for my friend's birthday.

You can also hand-select your box of truffles and bonbons. It is what we did for a treat to take home. It was fun to pick out eight chocolates from a pina colada truffle to a cinnamon bonbon.

They also have other gifts and bags of chocolates on offer in their store, such as coffee mugs.

We also purchased a cookies and cream white chocolate bar for our son. It was a big hit with him. The other treat we picked up was a bag of chocolate-dipped cinnamon bears. They are so tasty! I love the contrast of the spicy cinnamon with the smooth chocolate.

They had chocolate cowboy boots, chocolate-dipped cinnamon bears, and licorice, and many other chocolate fantasies.

My Top Three Chocolate Choices:

Pina Colada Truffle:

This truffle has a white chocolate outer coating. It is pink inside with coconut and a lovely hint of pineapple. Such a treat as one of my favorite drinks is the pina colada. It is a refreshing change from rich, dark chocolate and a rare find.

Cinnamon Roll BonBon:

I love the intense, smooth flavor of cinnamon inside this bonbon. It is perfectly crafted with a lovely flavor. It is like eating a cinnamon roll dipped into chocolate. So fantastic!

Peanut Butter Truffles:

These are rich, smooth and like the best peanut butter chocolate combo, you have ever had. The filling is to die for! I love the creamy chocolate coating too.

I look forward to trying more of these unique creations in the future.

For holidays, many special chocolates are created such as Easter eggs, chocolate rose bouquets and more. Check out the seasonal selection by following B'Lynn's Candies on Facebook.

The employee there was so welcoming, friendly, and fantastic at helping us with our order. He loved chatting with us about the types of chocolates, how they are created, and more.

I invite you to stop by this one-of-a-kind shop for some chocolate treats. They are great to enjoy at home or to give as gifts.
