Here in Oregon, we all run on coffee. I was excited to discover a unique coffee kiosk very close to home the other day. Piper's Perks- Fine Espresso looks to change the way you drink coffee, one cup at a time.

I love how Piper has created something special within her realm.

She prides herself in carrying locally roasted coffee by Thorton Coffee Roasters. Her attention to detail is rewarding.

What is different about her coffee stand is that it includes a healthy line of coffee drinks. You have a choice of raw honey, maple syrup, and monk fruit sweetener.

You can get a delicious dark mocha made with cacao powder or a turmeric latte with raw honey and cinnamon.

These are not drinks that you see very often. I had never seen them offered elsewhere.

She has a beautiful little place, and she has decorated it with welcoming wood signs and plants such as succulents. Her walk-up window has a wood porch and is delightful to visit on a sunny day.

She upgraded her building decor this year, and I love the personal touches. It makes her place feel cozy and warm, just like a delicious cup of coffee.

I love this place so much I have already been here twice. I stopped by last week and got a dark chocolate mocha made with raw honey and cacao powder. So delicious!

I got to meet Piper and chat with her for a couple of minutes. She told me that she customized her coffee stand last August by adding the healthy coffee line.

She also uses the organic syrup line from Portland, Oregon- Holy Kakow. She takes her time making every drink with precision so that it tastes its best.

I love that she is so kind to her customers, really cares about what she serves, and loves to support her local community.

I noticed that a local couple was there ordering drinks and were regular customers. They spoke highly of Piper and her dedication to her local business.

This morning I came by to order a maple syrup latte and try some of her locally made pastries. She told me that each morning new pastries are delivered by a local baker.

I got one of each of the daily pastries offered. When you go to the window, make sure to ask what the daily offerings are. Today I got a lovely, flaky lemon pastry and a slice of banana bread.

Other offerings vary daily and can include bagels with cream cheese, croissants, decorated sugar cookies, and more.

She even heated each one for me in her toaster oven and placed them in cardboard trays. They are well presented and so tasty!

The banana bread is so moist, flavorful, and has a delightful honey taste. I love the crunchy nuts in it as well.

The lemon pastry is fresh, buttery, flaky, and I could instantly smell the tart lemon flavor from the filling. So good!

When you are in the mood for a local treat, head to Piper's Perks!
