Hidden Gems of South Carolina • Bleu Cheese was made here??? • Stump House Tunnel • Issaqueena Falls

In this episode, Tommy and I discover that South Carolina has more to offer than just sandy beaches and fantastic seafood. We left Blairsville and traveled to Westminster, South Carolina to visit the legendary Stump Hill Tunnel and Issaqueena Falls. Both places were worth seeing and hold some incredible stories in history! They also offer unique hiking experiences for the waterfall or cave enthusiasts as well as mountain biking trails. Afterwards, as we journeyed toward home, we stopped off at one of our favorite restaurants, Chef Tommy's Thai Cuisine in Dawsonville, Georgia for lunch, sharing the BEST Pad Thai, fried calamari, and spring rolls, we've found since we started this vlog. When it's that good, you keep going back! We suggest trying it if you ever find yourself in the Dawsonville, Ga, area. It's located across Georgia 400, across from from the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall. LINKS: Issaqueena Falls and Stump House Tunnel: https://discoversouthcarolina.com/products/7

Two empty nesters who have been together since we were kids, exploring our backyard and beyond! We enjoy history, the outdoors, camping, cooking, eating good food, but most of all, we enjoy just having a great time and taking you along for the ride!
