A great place to watch sports and have great food and drinks!

We stopped in The Westy in the Roosevelt neighborhood this weekend. Wow, their brunch was SO good! Anthony got the breakfast burrito, which hit the spot. Marlie isn't the biggest breakfast person, so she got their signature chicken wings. Honestly, they were some of the best chicken wings she ever had!

The Westy has a signature vegetable that everyone HAS to try when they stop in... their seared broccoli! Yes, broccoli!! It's seared, with spices (it has a little kick), but it's so tasty! You have to stop in and get some!

They also have a location in West Seattle too. The menu is basically the same at both locations.

Let us know when you go and what you think about the seared broccoli!!

A channel where a black couple travels around the Seattle area and the Pacific Northwest, and let you know if they feel comfortable as black people visiting for the first time. They also help you out and tell you how the drive was and how much fun they had. Think of this channel as the "Green Book" of the Pacific Northwest.
