This Alabama High-Rise has been Named One of the Ugliest Buildings in the Entire Country

An article published by Travel.Alot.Com has dubbed one Alabama building in particular as one of the absolute ugliest in America.

The travel site has scoured the country looking for the most ridiculous, and poorly designed structures in every state and they have pointed out one high-rise building in Mobile and dubbed it the most unsightly building in the state. Keep reading to learn more.

The Government Plaza in Mobile was Completed in 1994 at a cost of $73 million. The building rises 325 feet and is 12 stories at its highest point.

As stated in the article, "This building very much looks like a high-tech prison you’d find in a dystopian sci-fi movie set in 2050."

While we agree that it does not resemble most government buildings, which tend to be housed in more historic buildings, we're not so sure it deserves the harsh title of the ugliest building in the state.
