When it comes to chain restaurants, your quantity of options is never an issue in a country like America. What you really need to watch out for is quality.
With that in mind, the editors over at Mashed have conducted a study to find each of the 50 states' best chain restaurants.
They have meticulously sifted through recommendations, online reviews, and other forms of recognition to pinpoint the absolute best chain restaurant in each state.
The results have been revealed and the winner for Wisconsin is none other than Culver's.
Culver's got its start back in 1984 when George, Ruth, Craig, and Lea Culver opened the first location in Sauk City, Wisconsin under the name "Culver's Frozen Custard and ButterBurgers.
Today, the restaurant is one of the largest fast-food chains in the country operating nearly 1,000 different locations throughout the Midwest, South, and Western United States.
To this day, the chain sources many of its food items, including its cheese curds, from dairy farms in Wisconsin. Loyal patrons claim they have the absolute best cheese curds and onion rings.
The menu is also comprised of butter burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish, salads, french fries, and frozen custard.
