What makes Chopt so unique is its use of seasonal and authentic flavors from around the world. The menu currently features classics like the Cholula Mexican Cobb salad featuring grilled chicken, smoked bacon, egg, spicy pickled vegetables, tortilla chips, romaine, and a creamy Cholula goddess dressing. For those looking for something a bit more spicy, the crispy chicken salad features Cholula, chipotle chicken, spicy pickled vegetables, fresh jalapeno, avocado, cotija cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, romaine, topped with a sweet and spicy jalapeno ranch dressing. The limited menu also consists of a roasted poblano bowl and shrimp taco salad.
