Unforgettable experiences are located nearby as well, from launch off the summit and paragliding at Pico Agudo or enjoying a cascade waterfall at Lageado Waterfall.
Enjoy a menu at the on-sitr dining that is modern, contemporary Brazilian with matching wines, exclusively chosen from the very finest on offer in Brazil. Guests can also choose to soak up the healing power of the forest, thermal and mineral waters at the on-site spa.
And Do Good: Six Senses locations around the world are focused on giving back to their community and environment. The hotel, along with their other locations, continued to put emphasis on this focus in 2020 despite it being a hard year for the travel industry.
In 2020, more than 17,000 local community members, hosts and their families supported positive impact events, with an extra 4,317 guests helping out. In fact, hosts dedicated around 2,000 hours to volunteering in their local communities. Passing the legacy on to younger generations, 4,195 local people gained access to education and skills training. Installing water filters meant 111,385 people received clean drinking water and sanitation. A further 536,240 people benefited from improved access to healthcare programs and provision of medical equipment.
