Picnic at the park

With great summer weather continuing, now is a great time for an outdoor picnic. It's also a great way to practice social distancing. So plan your own event and have a picnic. Picnics bring people together.

Bring your own picnic or order takeaways from a restaurant and invite some friends for a day out in one of Las Vegas's parks.

Don't forget to bring rugs, pillows and live music too. You could make it a date night, a family affair, or a party.

TripAdvisor has a range of reviews to help you choose a park, or two of the best ones close to downtown are -

Springs Preserve - 333 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas.

The Park Vegas - 3782 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas.

AREA15

A new attraction, in the last year, in Las Vegas is AREA15. The experiential entertainment district is an immersive playground offering live events, immersive activations, and monumental art installations.

Their immersive interactive experience makes you feel like you have stepped into another world. There are many installations on offer, including dining at The Beast, which is a refreshing take on a food hall in the belly of a dragon.

However, our top pick of the fun things to do this weekend is 'Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience.' Find out more about the phenomenal experience in the article - Do not miss 'Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience' in Las Vegas.
