Fitness to me has become more important today and I like yoga workouts. But doing yoga at a class is now out of the question because of the pandemic. Luckily I found this channel on youtube called "Yoga with Adriene". I love all her classes and session on youtube. She has a session for morning sequence, evening stretches and even for different body parts. She comes up with unique 20-day challenges to motivate. I recently followed her challenge and that helped me to start this yoga series. She explains all the exercises well, includes warm-ups before starting, and has a good combination of yoga sequences for different body parts. Doing her 30-minute session, you will feel refreshed, and happy. You should definitely check her channel out, it is totally free and worth your time. And if you have gastric-related issues, she has a wonderful 20-minute session aimed at improving your digestion and getting rid of flatulence and gas issues.
