Cooking in Cast iron pans are the way to health

I recently learnt about the health benefits of cooking in a cast iron pan vs the non-stick pans, and I brought in new ones. I got a good deal for a set of pans for $32 on a Groupon deal. Iron pans are the best to fry anything as they help to get some iron from the pan into the food. Non-stick pans are the worst, as their non-stick coating is nothing but a very harmful chemical that can leach into the food and affect health. Even aluminium vessels and pans are best avoided. Cast iron pans require extra care however, they require frequent oiling to prevent rust formation. But its benefits are worth the effort. I cook anything from frying an Omelette to a Dosa to French fries.
