I was craving some really spicy Indian dishes, and I went inside Rasai Indian. They offer the only takeaway in this current situation, and I ordered Cactus Paneer Roll, a dahi puri chaat, and biriyani. The chaat was not that good, perhaps is an item that goes well only during a dine-in. But the paneer roll was out of the world. The flavors, the freshness of paneer, and the masala used were really amazing. Another interesting dish that I had was the Jackfruit bao. I did not feel I am having a vegetarian dish, it was almost meat-like. The Kofta had the fig flavor in it, which gave it a surprise twist. This is a perfect fusion Indian restaurant and a must-try for the Indians living in Seattle.
