No grains, no dairy, paleo, all whole foods for breakfast! No sugar added. You will truly love these recipes.
I make them every single morning for breakfast and they leave me feeling full and satisfied all day!
Plus they're full of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, nutrient dense superfoods that are perfect for hormonal balance, mental clarity, athletic performance, and reducing inflammation.
Grain Free Breakfast Porridge
First up we have a grain free, gluten free, sugar free, vegan and keto breakfast porridge!
This is a great alternative to morning oats. No grains, so no sugar crash! You can leave your morning energized and full.
Did you know that the best types of foods to eat the morning are protein and fats? Carbohydrates can release the hormone serotonin which might leave us feeling tired. Interesting that a lot of breakfast foods contain tons of carbs. Now, don't get me wrong, carbs are certainly not BAD in anyway. Carbs are a great source of energy and are helpful for shuttling the protein to our muscles for protein synthesis after a workout. After a tough workout, some good complex carbs can be super beneficial.

Superfood Green Smoothie Bowl
My other favorite breakfast recipe is my superfood green smoothie bowl. It has zero fruit in it which is unusual for smoothies (unless you count avocado as a fruit, which yes I guess it is a fruit).
Similarly this smoothie bowl will leave you feeling full and happy because of how tasty it is! It's grain free, gluten free, sugar free, vegan and keto and absolutely delicious.
Plus, I used some of my favorite superfoods in this recipe. Maca Root Powder, Ashwaganda, and Lion's Mane Powder. These nutrient dense superfoods are perfect for hormonal balance, mental clarity, athletic performance, and reducing inflammation. I love putting these super foods in my smoothie bowl because you can't taste it. It all blends right in. I definitely recommend adding these regularly to either recipe to optimize your food!
I love this minty, gingery, thick and creamy smoothie bowl. It's such a unique taste for a bowl and it leaves me feeling energized.
