How to ACTUALLY lose weight this year. And I mean actually do it.

Is this the 15th year in a row that you've set weight loss as your New Years Resolution?

Or maybe it's the first time this year after being quarantined and stuck inside baking all year round and you've put on a few lbs.

Regardless of which category you fall into, I see this happening year after year. People setting weight loss goals each and every year, and never feeling accomplished in acheiving them, and so setting, yet again, another weight loss goal in the following year to come.

So I'm here to tell you the secret to ACTUALLY losing weight this year.

And trust me, this one works. It really really works.

So how do we ACTUALLY lose weight? When we've tried EVERYTHING year after year?

Nothing seems to work right?

You've tried keto, gluten free, vegan, paleo, intermittent fasting.

Well let me tell you what works.

CONSISTENCY.

Yup. Consistency.

The reason you're not losing weight is because you set the goal each year, try the new fad diet or routine that is so restrictive that you can't keep it consistent before giving up after a few weeks or months, life continues on, you become busy, and before you know it you're back into your old ways.

First of all I want to ask:

DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Or has society told you you must lose weight in order to be successful and happy?

Remember, health looks different on every size!

You can be super skinny and be unhealthy, malnourished, and out of shape. Whereas on the contrary, you could have a BMI that says overweight, but actually have really good vitals such as blood pressure and cholesterol, eat really well and exercise daily. BMI is a racist and misogynistic, outdated tracker anyway...

With that being said, a healthy diet and a consistent exercise routine is beneficial for everyone.

The best and proven way to ACTUALLY achieve your goals, even weight loss IF this is still your goal, is to develop habits, create routines, and make the ACTIONS required to acheive that goal a daily part of your routine.
