You know a grocery store has a loyal fanbase when people are clamoring to get clothing and accessories with the grocer’s name emblazoned on it. Today, due to popular demand, ALDI officially launched their ALDI Gear Collection which includes belt bags, bucket hats, and track suits. Everything in the collection is less than $10.

“ALDI fans’ love for our brand is unmatched. After we saw the success of our 2022 collection, it only made sense to up the ante this year,” said Joan Kavanaugh, Vice President of National Buying at ALDI, in a recent press release. “We see shoppers celebrating ALDI products, prices, and value on a daily basis, and this impressive line of apparel, that’s not only stylish but versatile, gives us a chance to celebrate our customers right back.”

This year’s collection has ALDI’s signature colors and includes bold strips that give off a retro vibe with a modern twist. ALDI’s believes it will be a fun way for shoppers to wear their love for ALDI, literally, on their sleeve, head, or feet.

The first ALDI Gear Collection released in 2022 included water bottles, slides, and pajamas. A keychain had a spot to store quarters so one is always at the ready when customers needed a cart.

Items in the 2023 collection range in price from $1.49 to $9.99. It includes a keychain quarter holder, bucket hat or cap, umbrella, slides, tumbler, belt bag, windbreaker, jogger, pullover, and a 2 pack of socks.

The ALDI Gear Collection is available nationwide March 22, 2023 for a limited time. The collection is expected to sell out. ALDI gear can be purchased in-store or online via Instacart.

ALDI began as a small family business in 1976. Now, ALDI has over 2,000 stores in 36 states and employs over 25,000 people. The discount grocer is selective of the items they sell. Over 90% of the exclusive ALDI products are tested in their Test Kitchen. Their other brands are hand selected and ALDI believes they taste the same or better than national brands.

ALDI also offers USDA Choice meats and has a wide selection of gluten-free and organic foods.

The ALDI business model is to have a no-frills shopping experience that gives shoppers high quality food at low prices. Their stores are smaller than many grocery stores and are easy to navigate. They save money by displaying items in their original shipping boxes to reduce the cost of restocking shelves.

Are you an ALDI fanatic? Will you be getting some ALDI gear? I’d love to read your thoughts in the comments!
