April 1, 2022, will mark the twenty-fifth (25) anniversary of Le Roy Francis, Sr., dba Community Funeral Home of Tyler.
The funeral home was established as a joint effort by Le Roy Francis, Sr., and Clemmie Manning in 1997.
The company's slogan has always been "Speaking With Quiet Eloquence, Dignity, and Respect", which personifies in the manner of the founders whose paths first crossed in Dallas at the Dallas Institute of Funeral Services. Manning who took care of the technical aspects of the funeral home was formerly a respiratory therapist. Francis credits Manning with coming up with the name Community Funeral Home of Tyler.
