Fowlers Avert Home Foreclosure

Totally INSPIRED Media INC

Great news, Brandon Fowler and his wife, Anna have found a lending institution to restructure their loan to save their home from foreclosure. Before finding this out Allen Headley and Todd Gessele, two of the four candidates running for Klamath County Commissioner #1, had discussed how to help the Fowlers out of this dilemma. Gessele and Headley had decided that on Thursday evening at the Chamber of Commerce meeting at OIT before the candidates speak, we could start by asking the audience for an offering of good faith from the Klamath residents to participate in the first steps in saving their home.

Klamath County people are kind and giving when a family falls on bad times," says Allen Headley. "We were planning to following through with a 'Go Fund Me' page to make sure we could achieve that goal to save their home. But now, financial assistance is not needed, thank God."

Federal Lawsuit

There remains an active $11.75 million dollar federal lawsuit, lingering three years after it was filed, which still haunts the City of Klamath Falls, Oregon, and names other city officials including Dave Henslee, who is also running for County Commissioner #1, for alleged racial bias, which is unfortunate and hopefully inaccurate and perhaps unfair in its request for damages. Totally INSPIRED Media INC reported this story last week hoping the extra attention would move the case forward for a speedy, but fair resolution, as neither the City or Henslee are in a position to comment on the pending case.

I am not disputing, disparaging, or discounting the crime fighting record or abilities of my opponent Dave Henslee to enforce the law. The federal government ought to settle this case immediately based on the merits of the case, so our community can move forward."—Todd Gessele
