Philadelphia Eagles Sign Veteran Cornerback Steven Nelson to 1 Year Deal Worth $4M

The wait is finally over Philadelphia Eagles fans. Howie Roseman was able to bring in veteran cornerback Steven Nelson on a 1 year deal worth up to $4M. This is huge for the Eagles secondary because they have been the most inconsistent group for the past several years in Philadelphia and it's not even close. Pairing Steven Nelson with the veteran in Darius Slay puts this Eagles secondary in potentially the best cornerback situation that we have seen in a long time. Signing his one year deal, he is taking a major bet on himself to secure a larger one on the backend. This begs the question; Just how productive can Steven Nelson be in the midnight green?
