First of i just wanna say Happy Halloween and i wanna applaud all you parents grandparents aunts uncles whoever you are that is making some little humans night by dressing up and taking them out trick er treating. or just making their day special! Because let me tell ya its hard work!!

Now the good stuff!! Plan ahead i dont mean buy costumes right now i mean make sure your costumes are bought atleast a month or in advance! make sure everything fits and make sure you can dress accordingly cause weather changes so quick! it was sunnyish and not cold when we woke up and here came noon it was raining windy and probably snowing too! so either buy and think of these factors or make them yourself if your crafty! Don't wait until the day of like i did today, We had so much going on that it just didnt get done until noon today and today is HALLOWEEN! Before you shake your head at me i will add that we had just planned a covid birthday lol but we managed to find something last minute, not the best selection and of course Waaaaaay over priced!!! Some things were just not made properly like i would love to see whoever made the mask for the costume and walk around in the dark with this mask! and than go out and charge a ridiculas price for it and call it a win!

Its a trick!!!

now sizing is a factor played i had bought a medium because well im a medium and it was a small i swear cause it ripped in the back thank god! but it was tiny and i was not about to run back and return it so i took it as is. and the mask was just a NO there was no seeing or even breathing in that thing!!! so umcomfortable and not at all safe to be walking the streets trick er treating at night! anyone else experience this at all when buying a costume?

Last years costume 2k18

Theres so much to love about halloween and its traditions i remember as a kid it was all about being able to dress up as your favorite disney princess or action figure, it most definitely was about the loads of candies you get as well and the experience of going around to the neighborhood seeing all the other kids dressed up and shouting "trick er treat"collecting candies.! i think i wanna buy bulk tooth paste next year and give out coffees to the parents who spend hours walking in the cold with their kids to trick er treat! Also cause candies are just horrible for your teeth, they are super delicious i may be eating a reeses peanut butter cup as i am typing this… and i think a few days out of the whole year is okay for me and my family to have a splurge of candies and sweets, i would love to know what you chose for candy to hand out to the sweet kids. We did lollipops and the traditional chocolate bars it was last minute shopping and these were on sale. Again prepare in advance.

the weather is always a must to consider we had a crazy day of mixed weather! but we had fun and made the best of it. we had a few tantrums but we had alot of wins as well i would call it a successful day and one for the books! i will definitely be planning ahead and doing things alot differently to have a less stressful day.

Before you say I love you!

Ask yourself these before you go and say“I Love You”! Lets be honest we all have done it. When all the signs are pointing to yes or when that swipe right works in your favor — a new bae will enter your life, bringing on a whole new slew of ups and downs. Will it be just a lust connection (that unbelievably deep craving for sex or for another individual) or real love(a true deep unconditional connection)? Though these are two different things they are far from one and the same, so I’ll break it down for you all. It’s confusing at times and it’s not always the same for everyone but these will help tell which it is. 1. Ask yourself is It Only About sex? Of course, having chemistry in the bedroom is of the utmost importance, but an obsession or fixation on sex can be detrimental. After a bit of time, you or your partner will get bored wanting more spark or more attention. or always be looking for the next best thing in bed. So, ask this question before committing in a relationship. 2. Do You Keep Secrets? A couple in love has no walls, boundaries or secrets they tell each other everything. Oftentimes, a couple in lust holds back their true seselves they will create this version of themselves that you’ll fall in love with but it will catch up with you. So, before committing in a relationship, ask yourself if you keep secrets. 3. Do You Have A Deep, Lasting Friendship? If so, you may be well on your way to loving your partner. A relationship built on a foundation without friendship has little to fall back on. So, ask yourself, how deep is your friendship with your partner before committing in a relationship. 4. Do You Expect Perfection From Your Partner? Being in love means being accepting of every flaw, imperfection, and otherwise from your partner. Those in lust, however, often expect them to look perfect, perform perfect, and act perfect around friends and family for the relationship to appear good. 4. Do You Often Feel Jealous Or Needy? A couple in love is one that trusts one another, regardless of the situation. A couple in lust, who looks only to sex, often finds reasons to be jealous of others’ wandering eyes. Relationships can be difficult. It is not easy and there is no method for a healthy, happy relationship. But what about couples therapy exercises? Can they help you to improve your relationship? Yes, they can and we will show you how. We will present to you how to build and maintain a good relationship. You can do that by building your relationship skills, engaging in activities with your partner, communicating activities and so much more. Couples Therapy Exercises for A Strong Relationship Have An Honesty Time If you put your partner’s needs first you expect from your partner to do the same too. But that is not the case in most relationships and one partner sacrifices more than the other. To prevent this have an Honesty Time. It is the time when you can tell each other how you feel about things with complete immunity. For example, if you don’t like football, but your husband/boyfriend expects to go with him to a game, tell him. This is the best way or exercise that will help you to share the truth about everything and respect each other’s opinions without taking anything too personally. Cuddle Time This exercise is so simple, just cuddle more often. Put away your smartphone, tablet, or book before bed and start cuddling it is the best way to end your day. Chemicals that are released during cuddle time are good for mood improvement and also helps for better sleep. The best time to practice this exercise is right before bed, but if this time doesn’t suit you do it at any time of the day. Don’t assume you know everything about your partner. Only cocky people assume they know everything! Trust me; you don’t know everything; like nobody will ever know EVERYTHING about you. If someone did assume they knew every single detail about your life, I am pretty sure you would find something to prove them wrong. Remember humans are complex, multi-faceted creatures who sometimes behave differently according to the company they keep. That isn’t to say your partner isn’t being authentic when he is being super professional at work, laidback at home and bubbly and funny with friends. It shows how different situations draw out different qualities in some people. I’m sure you are the same. As we get older we do get better at accepting, bringing together and displaying all our little nuances and quirks. But for the most part we are much deeper personalities than initially observed. We have an inner world that is as rich and influential as our outer world. you like you can test yourself to see if you are a smarty-pants who knows her partner inside out. I’m guessing there will be a few questions from the list that are going to stump you. And that’s the point. They are here to make both you and your partner think. What was your first impression of me? 2 What’s your idea of a truly romantic evening? 3 If you could change three things about me what would they be? 4 If you could change three things about yourself what would they be? 5 What is your dream profession? What is your dream place to visit? 7 Who is your dream celebrity to meet? 8 What are your three favorite body parts on me and why? 9 What is your favorite movie of all time? 10 Who is your favorite actor? FUN QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR SPOUSE OR PARTNER 11 Who is your favorite actress? 12 What is your favorite fruit and favorite vegetable? 13 Tell me who is your favorite aunt and uncle and why? Tell me who is your favorite cousin and why? 15 What is the first memory you have?
