On Saturday, Donald Trump visited Texas again after he was here just a week ago. In the 2020 Presidential election, Trump won Texas but Biden wasn’t far behind - Trump received 52% of Texas voters to Biden’s 46.5%, a difference of about 600,000 votes. Trump knows Texas is a key State he needs to win again if he wants to get re-elected to the White House.

Trump was about 30 minutes away from Austin when he had his rally in Waco.

But he didn’t carry a strong message to all Texas voters since he indirectly mocked Governor Greg Abbott. Abbott has not endorsed Trump or made any recent appearances with him.

Trump has received endorsements from Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick and Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Trump said:

"By the way, these are all people that have endorsed me, because if they didn't endorse me, I say don't even come. I have a few who said "sir, I love you. We're going to endorse you down the road." I said that's okay. Don't bother coming. These people endorsed me."

At the rally in Waco, there were about 15,000 people attended. Also in attendance was Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene when Trump asked her if she would run for Senate. He promised his support if she ran.

Greene is also a possible running mate for Trump as Vice President mentioned here.

During one part of his speech, Trump called out President Joe Biden when he said:

"For seven years, you and I have been taking on the corrupt rotten, and sinister forces trying to destroy America and they've been trying to destroy. They're not going to do it. But they do get closer and closer with rigged elections. They get closer and closer. We've been the ones in this fight standing up to the globalists and standing up to the Marxists and communists. That's what they are. We don't even talk about the socialists anymore. That train left that station a long time ago."

Trump is also waiting for details on a possible charge for his alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels.

Do you think Governor Abbott will give his approval for Trump on his 2024 run?
