Manila with Richmonde and the E! bloggers ball

Hey everyone! Just a quick update. A few weeks ago, I spent the weekend in Manila to attend the E! Bloggers ball. We stayed at two of the Richmonde Hotels and let’s just say it was the getaway that I needed. You know how some people need a getaway from the city? Well mine is the opposite. When you’re based in the province, (mine which is Negros Occidental) you’ll want a city getaway from time to time– one with Salad Stop, Zara, Topshop, and well a lot of things which aren’t here in Bacolod yet. If you know what I mean…

Bright lights, a sea of flashes from camera’s, and excellent food. This was how I would describe the evening. Seeing everyone made me realize how important blogging has become these days. It’s inspired me to do better at my work and to always keep you guys, my audience, updated. Seeing all these talented people and their work, was an experience that would always mark me from this night onwards.

I had such a fun night meeting all the influencers, bloggers and youtubers, while we enjoyed cocktails, dinner and celebrated an amazing awarding ceremony. The entrance was filled with photobooths, 360 cameras, magnum and beauty booths so it was enough to keep everyone busy. It was so fun seeing everyone gather and get dressed up for a great event while getting to meet these amazing online personalities.

For the first 2 days, I stayed at the Eastwood Richemonde Hotel where I had the most amazing city view from my bedroom. Located at the heart of Eastwood city,Richmonde is a satisfying retreat with stylish interiors and splendid amenities. We were just beside the mall, and everything we needed was just a stone’s throw away. Buffet the next day was exceptional. I always loved a good breakfast and their food was just enjoyable.

On our last day, we transferred to at Richmonde Ortigas where I had the most comfortable stay.  I never thought going around the city was so calming, since I never really explored Ortigas so well, until I stayed here. I felt right at home, which is a good thing. It’s strategic location made it so easy for me to meet up with friends, especially since I always want to catch up with my buddies whenever I travel to Manila.

One thing that set this hotel apart from all the ones I’ve stayed in before, is their exceptional service. The concierge was friendly and their housekeeping and F&B service was professional. I was given extra attention for my concerns and I would gladly stay here again anytime.
