Catch and Cook Rainbow Trout! Salt River Fishing AZ

Catch and cook trout is something I do not mind doing at all! We fished the salt river very early this morning here in Arizona! We did not have as much luck as we thought we were going to, but we did end up with one very good looking rainbow trout. The salt river provides some really great stocked trout fishing from October all the way through march, as the AZDFG stocks the river every 2 weeks. The trout fishing has been awesome this year due to the big size of the fish!
