Arizona Urban Pond Rainbow Trout Fishing! Trout Limits

Urban Arizona trout fishing is in full swing! We got our trout limits today! They have stocked trout in all of the urban ponds here in Arizona for everyone to come and catch! These urban trout are a lot of fun to catch, and they make a great meal! Arizona trout fishing is always a nice switch up from the typical species. The fish caught this day were all caught using cheese and sherbet flavored powerbait. Trout can be caught on spinners and other small lures, but we did not have any luck this day with them. The urban ponds here in Arizona are stocked with trout every winter, so get out there and get them while you can. This is an amazing chance to get after some stocked rainbow trout here in the city limits! A Carolina rig with powerbait is probably the most effective way of catching these trout.
