Back at it with some more west coast fishing! We did a number on the perch here today. From black perch to striped perch we were on em! All we were using for bait was shrimp on a hi low rig. This beach is usually hit or miss for perch, so we were happy to hitting. We all managed some fish, and collectively filled the cooler. Perch bite a variety of baits, from squid, pile worms, sand crabs, and also some artificial. You can catch them on just about every beach on the west coast ranging from Washington down to mexico. They are very eating so go out there and get yourself a meal!

Hello all, My name is mark Pickett and I love fishing and exploring the outdoors. I have been fishing “seriously”for about 11 years now. I film fishing videos a few times a week and I am excited to share that all with the people online. Fishing is my passion, so I am always trying to bring the best content as possible. As time goes on, I look to improve the quality of my videos. Right now I do a lot of fishing for big catfish, but I enjoy catching multispecies as well. Enjoy the videos!
