2023 is proving to be an interesting market so far. Interest rates have been a roller coaster, most recently hanging out in the 6.25% to 6.875 range from what my lenders have shared with me. If you ask a handful of agents, you'll probably hear similar things. The market is warming up. Herriman is located about 30 minutes south west of downtown Salt Lake City. It has experienced gargantuan growth not only geographically, but also demographically, and economically.
