Welcome to the south west end of the salt lake valley...the fastest growing areas in Greater Salt Lake City. Jus a 30 minute drive from downtown, you run into South Jordan, and Herriman. Areas that are still affordable, while having had a massive growth in recent years. Interestingly enough, prior to the mid 2000s, the 'West' side of the valley was not viewed as an affluent section of the valley. Fast forward to 2023, the West can go head-to-head with the East. From condos in the low 300s, and up to multi-million dollar options, you are sure to have your pick at beautiful properties. The market is starting to pick up after the stabilization that we experienced in 2022, and we are truly in a prime market for home buyers.
