There is no denying that this model home is beautifully staged. I absolutely love the entirety of the main floor. As soon as you walk into this home, you come into an abundance of natural light. The glass french doors going into your flex room, aka, a perfect home office is spacious and inviting. Sitting opposite the flex room, you run into a dining room, which seemed a little out of place, since you already have another one by the kitchen. For me, this space would be perfect for a library, or an aesthetically pleasing receiving room - mostly leaning towards the library. And talk about a great room...wow, the fireplace drawing your eyes up to the extra high ceilings - perfection. Decorating on the holidays would be a blast. The sliding doors allow large amounts of natural light, which is appropriate if you're spending $1,300,000 on a brand new home. A reminder though, this is their model home in Eagle Mountain, and as expected, it will have every bell and whistle available.
