Standing as the largest floor plan by Fieldstone Homes in Daybreak, The Stone Ridge, but specifically the modern farmhouse....offers a little under 3,500sqft...that's right, not 5K like I said on the video hahaha.... Anyway, I fell in love with the amount of windows, hence the abundant natural light coming in, and illuminating the main living space. The large kitchen adjacent to the dining, and stunning living room, make it a perfect trifecta. As stated on the video, the fireplace does come with the 630K base price, but if needed, can be removed, thus shaving off 5K in the process. Keep in mind, that we saw is the model home, and with all the bells and whistles...as it stands, the price tag on this beautiful model is closer to the 800K-850K range. Going back to the windows - bravo to the builder for adding windows to the walk-in closets and laundry room :) As always, I'm a big fan of the wood flooring, steel railing, lighting fixtures.
