Just under 1,500 sq ft, The Silverton offers 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms - perfect as an entry-level home, especially with how low interest rates are - where are my first time home buyers at? Priced at 381.9K, it's crazy to say, but that's a good deal, you could even say - a bargain. Unfortunately, availability is not so good right now. You will have to plan for the spring of 2022 to get a piece. However, keep in mind, that when that time does come...the competition will be fierce. On the plus side, Oakwood Homes did say that as of now, they are not planning on doing 'Highest and Best' with buyers. Never say never though. As always, I love would flooring, and the main level area does just that. A reminder, this property does not have a basement. While small, I think they use the space well, although not much room for a dining space. I liked the master bedroom, although it would look a lot better with wood flooring. Also liked the master bathroom minus the exposed toilet.
