The McMahon floor plan is just under 2,000 sq ft, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2-car garage, and a very aesthetically pleasing facade/curb appeal. However, starting in the 540s, I'm not too fond of the flow of this home once you enter the front door. Maybe it's just not up to my taste, but the only thing that I liked was, the landing upstairs that could double as a homework area, or 2nd TV room. I also liked the master bedroom with the green textured accent wall. But this shouldn't detract from the fact that as a David Weekley Homes floor plan, it will always be of the highest quality, materials, and attention to detail that you can expect from them. Located in Cascade Village, The McMahon - as with all properties in this area - can expect a very healthy increase in property value once The Watercourse is in full swing.
