1-1.5MM....yeah right!? I was way too low. Although I haven't received formal confirmation on the price of this floor plan as it stands, after walking through the entire property, location, and size of the lot....this home has to be north of 2.5MM, maybe closer to 3MM. Price aside, this home is definitely in my top 3 during this year's Salt Lake Parade of Homes. The only two things that I can think of that would make this home even better is, get rid of any carpeting, and the addition of a pool - perfection. As one of my top properties, there are many standouts. For starters, the exposed brick on the outside, but especially on the inside in the living room. The living room, dining, and oversize kitchen were an eye-catcher. I mean, two large islands, hidden double ovens, and the views, make it a perfect entertainer's pad. The master bath was also stunningly beautiful. The movie theater and fitness room were also a main selling point for me.
