As soon as I saw this listing go up on the mls, I had to come see it for myself. At first, the almost 600K price tag for a TOWNHOME, sounds ludicrous...but then, you see the view, the location, the natural light, the finishes, and all of the sudden, the price doesn't sound too bad after all. This unit belongs to a very desired section of Daybreak, where you have direct access to the lake, SoDa Row, and absolutely everything that not only Daybreak offers, but also South Jordan - 5 minute drive to The District. I love the layout of these townhomes, and despite the amount of carpeting throughout, I still think this is a stunning piece of real estate that will go fast, and be worth every penny. So what, if it doesn't have a backyard, you have all of Daybreak as a backyard and front yard ;)
