The Ridge in Suncrest is one of those places that you find by chance, and then you make sure to do it again, and again, and simply do not get tired of it. Whether it's a meal, or just gelato...the drive up/down is always beautiful, followed by a fun outing. Draper's Suncrest gives you pretty awesome vantage points on both ends - of Salt lake and Utah counties. You also have immediate access to countless trails perfect for the hiker or the mountain biker....even for the avid paraglider. Like the rest of Draper, the Suncrest community offers different price points depending on the property. You will find townhomes in the high 300s to low 400s, and homes well up into the millions. Draper as a whole, is a great area with terrific schools if you still are raising a family, or if you fall within any demographic (bachelor, retiree, newlywed, etc). Draper enjoys a rich history, with many community events (even during the pandemic) that everyone can enjoy.
