Ever since Shai Gilgeous-Alexander stepped foot in the NBA, we have seen him take a leading role in OKC’s offense. Despite his young age, he has been all that has kept the Thunder away from the bottom of the Western Conference, and last year we saw his game take a large leap. After averaging 31 points per game over last season, Shai put the league on notice, earning himself an All-NBA first-team selection. While all the statistics he put up last season were MVP-level, what he missed out on was team success. Can the Thunder win enough games to put SGA into MVP talks next season?

New Panthers quarterback Bryce Young has high promise as he nears the beginning of his NFL career. Tua Tagovailoa and Jalen Hurts were surrounded by NFL stars at just about every position. A lot of Alabama quarterbacks are blessed with top-of-the-line talent, but Young did almost as much, with much less.
