(Alabama)- On September 16, 2023, an Alabama woman was taken into custody for questioning about a murder in the state after authorities located her at a hotel. At that time, she was arrested for unrelated charges but luckily authorities had enough information to question her about to murder as well.

According to Alabama's GCM, 23-year-old Tajaneka Armstrong was taken into custody after the investigation led them directly to her. The article gave some details about the incident by stating:

The BCSO responded to a home in the Bon Secour community Friday, Sept. 15 for a possible shooting. Officer found 30-year-old Alemcy Saint Louis shot twice and deceased in the living room of the home. Armstrong ultimately made statements connecting her to the shooting of Alemcy Saint Louis and was charged with murder, police reported.

As of September 20, 2023, she is still in the County Jail with no bond.
