(Alabama)-Today, Alabama's WAKA released information about the U.S. Marshall requesting assistance with locating a murder suspect wanted for questioning in the state.

On September 18, 2023, some information about the wanted man was provided by stating:

They are looking for 34-year-old Irvin Garcia Messino. He is wanted for a murder that happened on Saturday ( in Montg.), August 19. Messino is described as 5’4″ and 165 pounds. Investigators say he goes by the nicknames Cheras Mont or Cheras Garcia.

Crimestoppers of Alabama has a $1,000 reward for anyone with information about Messino's whereabouts, and more details about the incident will be provided at a later date.
