According to The Charley Project, 30-year old Sasha Davis lived in the Bronx, New York with her two daughters.
Sasha told her family that she and her 3-month old daughter, Selah, planned to travel to Rochester, New York.
They planned to return four days later.
On February 15, 2008, Sasha and Selah left the Bronx in a rental car for the almost six-hour drive to Rochester.
Her family was unaware that Sasha and Selah were traveling with a friend, reports The Charley Project.
The friend was 27-year old friend Jarib "Griff" Bennett.
Jarib was married with two daughters of his own.
The relationship between Sasha and Jarib is unclear.
The trio was supposedly headed to Rochester to visit friends, reports The Charley Project.
They never returned.
On February 27, 2008, the rental car they were traveling in was found abandoned on Genesee Street, on the southwest side of Rochester, but there were no signs of the trio.
According to Lipstickalley.com, a google search of the name Jarib Bennett brings up an obituary of a man who died in 2017.
According to an obituary link posted by Lipstickalley.com, the deceased Jarib Bennett has the same birthday as the missing Jarib Bennett, March 1, 1980.
He was also married with two daughters and lived in Englewood, New Jersey, according to Lipstick Alley.
The coincidence has many people speculating on social media if they are the same person.
3-month old Selah Davis was 2'0 and 20 pounds, Sasha Davis was 5'5"-5'7" and 120 pounds when they vanished.
Jarib Bennett was 5'11" and 215-230 pounds when he vanished.
