SHENANDOAH – One of the drivers involved in a Sunday evening crash on South Main Street was taken into police custody at the scene.
The crash happened around 8:30pm on South Main near Laurel Street.
An Audi sedan was headed north as a Lincoln was headed south and veered into the oncoming lane, striking the Audi.
Neither driver was injured, though Shenandoah Police took the Lincoln driver into custody on suspicion of DUI.
The road was briefly down to one lane while crews cleared the scene. Both vehicles were towed by Steve’s Towing of Shenandoah.
