Back in September, we spent a few weekends touring apartments in SF during COVID. San Francisco is notoriously one of the most expensive cities to live in the US. Since the pandemic, rents have been dropping for more than 15%. We toured some luxury apartments that would have otherwise costed $5k+ / month pre-COVID.
